Michelle joined KPMG in April 2018 as Director of our ServiceNow practice. She has worked in the ServiceNow ecosystem since 2011 and has led numerous successful ServiceNow engagements. She has spent over 15 years in Technology and ITSM and has extensive consulting and operational experience.
Michelle is passionate about building strong partnerships with clients to help ensure their success. Her key focus is driving value for the business with customer experience at the core.
Michelle works closely with clients to align their overall IT strategy to the IT Operating Model to help deliver tangible improvements at tactical and operational levels. Through years of experience working with organisations across sectors including banking, education, media, legal and health, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges IT organisations face in a fast-paced change environment.
In addition to her experience with the IT organisation, Michelle has worked with HR and Risk to enable them to get the best value from the ServiceNow platform.
