Ashley is a Partner in KPMG’s Enterprise division and has been assisting clients for over 30 years. He provides tax, accounting and advisory services to private businesses and not-for-profit organisations.

With significant family business experience, Ashley offers advice and insight on a range of family business issues. He has a strong focus on helping owners and entrepreneurs of privately-held companies build value in their businesses and grow thriving enterprises. A key part of his practice is assisting clients with the effective transfer of wealth from one generation to the next.

In his time with KPMG, Ashley has undertaken secondments to KPMG’s Philadelphia and Port Moresby offices. In addition, he have has worked on engagements in Mainland China, HK, Singapore and New Zealand.

Ashley is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide. He lectures accounting and global wealth management (family office, succession, private banking) subjects both at undergraduate and postgraduate (MBA) level. Ashley was previously Chair of the National Education Committee for Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ). He was conferred with Fellowship and Meritorious Service award from CA ANZ.
