Andrew is recognised as Australia’s leading expert on workplace performance. He is a partner of KPMG’s Performance Clinic (within KPMG Innovate) assisting organisations to enhance productivity, wellbeing and employee engagement through the high performance of their people. He was formerly the CEO of The Performance Clinic. KPMG Australia acquired The Performance Clinic business in November 2015. Andrew began his career as an elite middle distance athlete before studying exercise physiology and sports coaching, recently completing a Masters in Coaching Psychology. He has worked with the NSW and Australian Cricket teams as their Physical Performance Manager, as well as with the Sydney Swans and many Olympic athletes. He is the co-founder of Good Health Solutions (Executive Health Solutions) and has built and sold three consulting businesses.
Andrew is the author of bestselling books Flip the Switch, Between Jobs, and Switched On Health and Wellbeing Professionals Volumes 1 & 2. For more than 20 years he has worked with a variety of clients to help improve individual and team performance. Andrew delivers energetic and inspiring keynote presentations and workshops around the world, writes a popular blog ‘Performance Matters’ for The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, has a regular segment on ABC News Breakfast and appears regularly on Channel Nine.
