Jenny is a Partner with more than 20 years of experience in advising clients from various backgrounds and all industries on how their transactions and investments are impacted by Australian stamp duty and land tax – in all eight Australian States and Territories.

Jenny assists clients to effectively manage their stamp duty and land tax costs through identification, planning, structuring takeovers, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, privatisation and corporate reorganisation.

She started and built her career in state taxes at other Big4 accounting firms before joining KPMG in 2015. Being a fluent Korean speaker, Jenny also supports the Asia & International Markets team serving inbound clients from South Korea looking for deals opportunity in Australia.

Outside of KPMG, Jenny actively participates in consultative process through various external committees for state tax related changes, identifying unintended consequences as well as potential solutions to the issues raised.
