With 10 years' experience transforming the brands of leading financial services organisations through the development of award-winning, integrated digital platforms, Renuka joined KPMG Australia in 2017 to lead Strategy & Operations for KPMG Australia’s Technology & Innovation Group, for the Deals, Tax & Legal division.
KPMG’s Technology & Innovation group develops solutions that help business leaders and their departments respond quickly to regulatory change, reduce costs, facilitate streamlined processes, transform data into broader commercial insight and enable effective collaboration across their business and beyond.
As part of her role, Renuka is responsible for the delivery of KPMG’s annual industry-leading technology forum, Catalyst. She also co-ordinates the KPMG ASPAC Tax Technology network, leveraging best-in-class tax technology strategies and solutions from across the regional network.
Renuka is a strong advocate for gender equality in the firm, representing the group in the Deals, Tax & Legal Inclusion & Diversity Committee. This committee is responsible for generating tangible actions to progress the firm-wide I&D strategy, divisional gender targets, and address I&D related challenges and opportunities that may arise.
Renuka holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, Master of Media & Communication from the University of London and is currently completing an MBA part-time at Melbourne Business School.
