Victoria Hickey

Victoria has more than 20 years' experience at KPMG in the financial services audit and accounting advisory practices, while working in the UK and Australia. Her experience focuses on assisting clients in understanding the accounting implications of their proposed transactions as well as, ensuring that their desired commercial outcomes are achieved. As a partner in CFO Advisory, Victoria leads the IFRS and Deal Advisory service lines and has significant experience in working with consortiums and structuring transactions with a primary focus on achieving off-balance sheet solutions.

Victoria spent 10 months working as the CFO of an Australian Bank where she experienced first-hand, the role from the client’s perspective. In this role, she led the bank’s 5-year strategic planning process, an APRA remediation project, data development project and numerous other initiatives.

Victoria also devotes time to volunteering as a director at both Hayden Reynolds Tiwi College Project and The Liz Ellis Foundation. Respectively, these charities aim to improve the well-being of young children, and provide underprivileged young women with the opportunity to develop their talents.
