Dr. Tangerine Holt is Director of Higher Education at KPMG and Adjunct Professor La Trobe University. Tangerine is passionate about working with the higher education sector through strategic partnerships and also serves on the Board of the Australian Regenerative Medical Institute Advisory Board (ARMILAB), Australia and the RMIT MBA Advisory Board, Australia. She has 20 years’ international education, research and industry experience in academic and senior leadership positions with a proven track record in building and expanding partnership programs to generate mutual benefit.
Her extensive knowledge and innovative experiences in teaching, learning, research, scholarship exchange and knowledge translation resulted in key outcomes for the Fulbright Commission, Monash University and the University of Louisville, Kentucky, across domestic and international engagement. These included strengthening partnerships with government, scholarship bodies and the community; digital education; enhanced student experience, increased participation in higher education; ensured academic quality, standards and financial sustainability across its programs, operational efficiency, and performance management. In 2010, she co-edited a book with Dr. Ann Wylie on Health promotion in Medical education: from ideals to action: A practical textbook for curriculum developers and medical and health professional teachers.
