Ronan is a Partner in the Australian Strategy Group and the National Head of Retail for KPMG Australia, specialising in deal strategies for the retail sector.

He has more than 20 years’ experience across Asia Pacific and Japan, helping retail companies with acquisition integration planning, store format innovation, store network optimisation, loyalty program development, and enterprise-wide transformation. 

Ronan has issued a number of external publications including a report on loyalty programs across Asia with Coca Cola.

Prior to joining KPMG, Ronan led the Asia Pacific corporate development function of a US Fortune 100 technology company, completing over US$30bn in transaction value through 40 transactions in a 5-year period. Sector experience includes retail, consumer products, aviation, technology, engineering services, and private equity.
