Christian builds engaging, digital tools to help our people better serve their clients. After the successful pilot of ‘The Games’ in Australia, Christian designed and built the GlobeRunner tool for use by all member firms to help our people understand the firm’s service capability.
He is now focussing on a new project to help our people better engage with ‘need to know’ information about their clients.
He is also working on two research projects with professors from Harvard Business School, looking at the relationship between digital interactions and business performance.
Christian joined KPMG in 2000, spending 5 years in Audit and 10 years in Management Consulting, where he led a number of strategy, operational improvement and financial management projects as a Director.
