Partner in Charge, Policy, Programs & Evaluation
Christa joined KPMG as a graduate. More than two decades later she continues to be inspired by the people she works with, as together they pursue improved social and economic policy outcomes for Australians. Christa is Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Public Sector Policy, Program and Evaluation service line. In this position, she draws on her considerable experience in the delivery of assurance and advisory services to public sector and non-government organisations, predominantly in health, ageing and human services. Her particular focus is indigenous policy and program areas. As a leader, Christa’s aim is to create a strong team culture and engagement while developing the firm’s capabilities. “Investing in our people is critical to our success.” Building clients’ trust is also essential. Among other things, this includes going the extra mile. “Clients appreciate and remember the times when we go ‘above and beyond’ to help them with their challenges.” Christa enjoys watching her two sons play rugby.
