Kristina joined the firm in 2011 and brings deep management consulting experience across Asia Pacific and North America, specialising in helping organisations stay relevant in today's changing landscape through strategy, business transformation and customer experience. As the national digital strategy and transformation lead, Kristina works with clients to develop pragmatic strategies that drive more opportunistic usage of digital channels and emerging technologies, to augment business models, create new revenue streams and enhance customer experience. She has also been responsible for researching global digital innovations and contributing to various KPMG thought leadership materials, notably within the digital banking, emerging technology and the changing expectations of Millennials.
