As an experienced agile practitioner, Bernie ensures that the right governance and controls are in place when needed. He has led a number of client engagements that have delivered business simplicity, digitisation and regulatory driven change, leveraged new technologies to rationalise legacy systems, improved customer experiences, and lowered cost to serve.
