He specializes in business and securities valuation, fairness opinion, intangible assets valuation, valuations for financial reporting including purchase price allocations and damage quantification. Elias has led several high profile valuation, assurance and advisory engagements within the financial services, logistics and transport, automotive, retail and distribution, real estate, alternative energy , mining, and pharmaceutical industries among others. Elias spent nearly 15 years providing assurance and financial advisory services in Qatar, Kuwait, Canada and Lebanon.
