We know that our ability to successfully sustain a high-performance culture also requires that our people be as diverse as the clients we serve, and the communities in which we live and work. As result, we have developed a set of priorities and initiatives designed to enhance the professional development of our people, and support their growth as potential future leaders of the firm, addressing both our women empowerment and Emiratization agenda.
We have recently partnered with REACH Mentoring, an organization that addresses the issue of women empowerment by bringing together professional women from the region and pairing them with volunteers, both individual and corporate, who will be their mentors, helping them achieve a set personal goal. KPMG LG will be providing partners and directors to participate in the program for one year, acting as guides and advisors to their paired mentee.
