Dave Vijfvinkel

Dave is a partner in KPMG's Stavanger office with a focus on audits of international companies in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. Dave has many years of experience in auditing listed entities in The Netherlands, Norway and United States of America. He currently is responsible for one of the largest listed companies in Norway. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant in The Netherlands and fully accredited for US GAAP, PCAOB and IFRS engagements. Dave has completed various international secondments within KPMG including a short term secondment to KPMG's Houston office. Furthermore, he developed expertise in special assignments as acquisitions and divestments audits (including due diligence engagement), refinancing/ debt offering, IFRS conversion projects and various other projects.
