Urs Meier

Urs Meier is a Director in KPMG's Deal Advisory practice, focusing on Diligence Services.

Urs gained more than 15 years of professional experience executing and leading numerous cross-border and domestic projects on both buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements as well as vendor assistance and completion accounts engagements. He further has experience in managing projects relating to distressed businesses and applications for government-backed credits in the context of COVID-19 (“COVID-19 Credit Plus”).

He is a sought-after advisor and engagement leader with a strong firm-wide network across the globe, particularly in the UK where he spent three years on rotation in our London office. His primary focus is on consumer goods and industrial markets, food and beverage, and healthcare and media.

Prior to joining Deal Advisory, Urs worked in the Audit practice of KPMG Switzerland, serving both Swiss and international clients across several industry sectors.
