Simon Juon

For the past 10 years, Simon has been managing domestic and cross-border M&A transactions on a large scale as an established member of our M&A Tax Group.

Simon and his team of tax professionals manage and provide added-value to M&A projects which cover complex foreign target structures and/or multiple jurisdictions from a multidisciplinary perspective (i.e. corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT/sales tax, customs). In addition to M&A projects, Simon also advises multinational clients in various tax planning areas like financing, intangible assets, supply chain management and cash repatriation.

Simon began his professional career with KPMG Switzerland, advising individuals and corporate clients in Swiss domestic and international tax matters as a member of the International Corporate Tax Department in 2004.
